FAQs

What is the Asian Bodywork Club?

Asian Bodywork Club was established in March of 2006 as a way for Massage Students and Licensed Therapists to meet and learn about the art Manual Medicine through the use of Asian Bodywork and Chinese Medicine. Tony Zayner and Manuel Cruz work together to share with members their knowledge and experience. All  those who are open to pursue excellence are welcome to join with an open mind  and ear. We encourage all races, creeds, religions and Massage styles to join us  in this learning process.

Are the teachers Qualified?

Most Definitely! Tony Zayner has a Masters in Education and a Masters of Oriental Medicine. He also is a licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist. Currently, Tony is teaching Massage and Asian Studies at two  schools in Chicago. Tony was also a student himself, finishing up on  a Doctor of Naprapathy degree.

Will Asian Bodywork Club fulfill my CEU Requirements?

YES!! CEUs are available for classes held at the National College of Naprapathic Medicine. Plus, the experience at Asian Bodywork Club is worth more than CEUs and getting worked on by the other therapists more than makes up for your time and the cost of tuition.

What does Asian Bodywork Club cost?

Unfortunately in life nothing is free. A small tuition is  required to attend classes. This cost is lessened greatly when you pay for an entire workshop at once instead of per class. Please E-mail us for more information.

When does Asian Bodywork Club meet?

Most classes are on Sunday nights and last about 4-5 hours long. More information is available on the Schedule page.
